Do I have to build from scratch, or can I use a ready suite?
Most clients start from one of our ready suites and we customise it to their workflow — typically within 3 to 7 working days for common changes. Fully bespoke builds are also available.
Where is our data hosted?
Your choice: Tier-III BDIX-connected data centers in Dhaka for low local latency, or AWS / GCP regions with multi-zone failover. On-premise installation is available for regulated clients.
What does support look like after launch?
Every deployment includes staff training and a service-level agreement. Our engineers are based in Mirpur-10, so on-site visits are available for Dhaka clients.
How are projects priced?
Ready suites are licensed per branch or per user; custom work is quoted as fixed-cost milestones with no hidden extras. Dedicated teams are billed monthly.
